The roses are lightly painted around the top to highlight them with a non-toxic acrylic based paint. These decorative skull candles burn for approximately 5 hours. These skull candles do not come with a safeguard, please use candle safety measures and burn them on a surface that can prevent the wax from spilling over onto other surfaces.
